DELIVERY

International shipments have a transit time of 2-21 working days. It depends largely on clearance by customs. Transit times to US, Canada (1-2 working days) and most of Europe (3-5 working days) are a bit shorter.

TAX & CUSTOM CHARGES

Please notice: we are not responsible for any customs charges. If you hesitate about customs charge, please contact us and we will assist you!

Canadian orders are free from tax and custom charges under the CETA agreement .

Chinese orders may not exceed $150. Orders with higher value need to pay customs duty (price depending on city of residence) and/or products need to be declared by an agent. 

Australian may not exceed 1000 Australian dollars to be free of tax.

Russian orders are free of tax and import charges, but may not exceed €200,- per order/name. Above this amount the order will be returned to sender (that's us!) by Russian customs and you will be held accountable for shipping costs.

Singaporean orders may not exceed $400 SGD to stay free of customs charges.

FOR PARCELS RETURNED BY CUSTOMS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS (around $40,- per parcel depending on weight to be deducted from total product value)
